I'd get the flight around 7 if I were you.
As some have mentioned, parking around Dickson will help u out with traffic. Ill give you another option on a parking spot we us if we are not planning on a long tailgate....
Take the Wedington exit and head east. Head east until you come to intersection of Garland. Take a left and park at Harps. Its a hill to walk up, but about a 10 minute walk to campus. After the game, take Garland down to 540 and head to XNA. Not once have I ever waited on traffic there.

This is sound advice. Harps is a grocery store at the corner of Wedington(North St) and Garland.
That puts you out past all the lights in that part of town and Garland is a straight shot north to the highway. The visitor's section is on the NE corner of the stadium, and while its still a bitch of a hike because of the hills, this makes the most sense.
