Malberry Squeezins is a gentleman and a scholar. I second this request for reinstatement. If PWJ lets Malberry represent him in his affairs, then that is good enough for me.

Gentlemen,

I shall be brief. I’m hear to represent Pondwater Jacks, alias Pondwater Jack Blasingame, alias J. Holly Blasingame, alias Jack Blasingame, alias PWJ, alias J. Holly, alias Uncle Jacks, alias Ole Jacks, alias Ole Romance, alias Pool I. Cue, alias One Eyed Jacks, alias Saltwater Jack, alias Peanut Butter - which Jack doesn’t talk about-, alias Jackson Holly Blasingame, ll. Not to be confused with Waterhose Jack, the Adult Film Star from Watts, Oklahoma.

Gentlemen, I’d like to remind you that for most lawyers, this case wouldn’t be difficult at all, but for me it’s a kin to trying to grow back a digit or limb that‘s been lopped off. Are the facts complicated? No, but with all the dirt on my client, it’d easier to clean up a goat pin in a Montana Rodeo. .

But that ain’t the side of Jack I want to talk about. The Jack I want you to know is the one who’s only guilt is seein things from the sunny side of life. And while his interpretation of the events during last years football game was misguided, - no one in their right mind would think Bobby said “ I‘ll see you in a Mink Fur“ - Jack was, by no means, anticipating the fall out that took place in the aftermath of that poast.

So Gentlemen, in a sort of defacto piece offering, I took it upon myself to take some of Jack’s money and hire Clarence Crabtree, probably this country’s foremost authority in lip service, and I inquired of him as to just exactly what Bobby Petrino did say on that infamous day. My gut instincts were that Jack’s initial version was correct, that Bobby said “For you my friend.” , but to my shock and dismay, Jack and I were wrong. According to Clarence, Bobby told Les “Fish is my favorite food.”

So in conclusion, I’ll be the first to admit, the notion of defending Jack is about as tender as takin a tooth drillin, but I come here with pity in my heart Gentemen. Pondwater Jacks has committed no crime, all in the world he was trying to do was bring about piece and to promote the wearing of sensible shoes. We humbly throw ourselves at the mercy of the bord.

Sincerely,

Malberry Squeezins
