He's right... it's a helluva a lot harder to be a Mizzou fan than it is to be a fan of most schools. The fact that our program averaged 60k fans per game throughout the 80s and 90s is remarkable. Most spoiled fanbases (looking at you, sidewalk Bammers) would have quit a long time ago.

You obviously know NOTHING about Bama fans. We sport our walmarks jerseys and proclaim our greatness through even the shittiest of years. We may have a large percentage of sidewalk fans, but we have a LOW percentage of fair weather fans. When you're BORN a fan of a certain team, a down decade means nothing.
