Yep, I'd take the Rossi. At least it's "real" wine.

HBT...when I moved to TX i stopped at the corner store looking for some jack. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

The night I moved to Gulfport my mom and I went to Wal Mart at 1am looking for some vodka. We were like WTF? I asked the girl at the register where the liquor was. Her response was "You must be from Louisiana huh?". I was so pissed.

We are so spoiled here in LA.

The Liquor Barn in Lexington is the best store ever. Every craft beer, liquor, and wine known to man. Plus every mixer.

Here in Atlanta, there are some really good stores that sell both. I just wish that Publix could sell liquor.

What didn't make sense to me is that the liquor stores are closed...

but bars are open.

Herp.

You can't drink, heathens. Unless you're really fricking desperate and are willing to get a DUI. Then, bottoms up!

That's how MS is. Liquor stores close at 10 but bars stay open all night. Very smart.

And yes. I asked about daquris too. There is one place in Gulfport that is a daquri shop and you can't leave with it. I hated MS so much.

I can only imagine Diddy.

When I would come home from MS, I would stop in Slidell and buy liquor from a gas station just out of principle.

I don't drink alcohol enough that liquor stores closing at 9 pm becomes a burden.

Yes we are lucky. Nothing like a good daiquiri to take on a road trip.

Specs is expanding like crazy. It seems like every liquor store inside the loop is a Specs now. Definitely not a bad thing.
