His player development and program management are his best strengths. The only recruits that he has had at Bama that were sure fire NFL players regardless were Julio, Trent, Cyrus, Landon Collins, maybe Fluker.

Players like Kareem,Arenas,Hightower,Ingram, Dareus, Upshaw etc were all developed. His defensive scheme is the best in college football.

His game day coaching leaves a lot to be desired. His game plans are always great, but when they fail for whatever reason he fails to adjust out of stubborness.

Last year vs UT was the first time I've seen him completely abandon his original game plan.

I think its a bit early to say Landon Collins is a sure thing in the nfl.

Hightower started as True freshman lb in the sec. Do you know how rare that is? Hightower and Upshaw were NFL players regardless.
