@bmarcello: Mississippi State has confirmed that projected starting PG Jacoby Davis has torn the ACL in his left knee and is likely out for year.

Tough luck, Bundy.

Craig Sword was arrested as well: LINK

I read that y'all will only have 1 scholarship PG, but how many total scholarship players do y'all have?

We are full. They are almost all incoming freshmen or transfers.

ETA: This guy was going to battle for starting PG. He was not a shoe-in...

I think Spain will be our only competition. If they give a shite, games shouldn't be close IMO.

I knew you were talking about LSU but I didn't want to give you that satisfaction.

I'm interested in seeing if JOB will progress or regress without Hamilton to take pressure off down low.

And I think JOB will have a solid season, mainly because Trent taught him nothing offensively. I think Johnny Jones will have him producing big #s. I'm worried about Devonte Pollard

If Pollard can be aggressive, I think he'll be very good for us. We are going to heavily rely on our guards this year because we have no inside depth.

I think Randolph and Lacey will have huge years. A guy that really impressed me was Rodney Cooper when the suspensions kicked in. Guy has a sweet stroke.

He's so mentally fragile. Green, Mitchell, and Releford all scared Coop at times I think. Hopefully with Green and Mitchell gone, he'll have the confidence to be aggressive and shoot. I'm most excited for Lacey though. He can be a star.
