He did improve OSU. He didn't set the world on fire.
Sort of like Chizik improved upon AU's 2008 record, but didn't set the world on fire.

West Virginia and Ole Miss in 2009.
South Carolina and Florida in 2011.
South Carolina was probably the biggest. I believe they were ranked 10th.

According to Vegas:
2009- Kentucky and Mississippi
2010- Georgia and Florida
2011- none
So, 4 upsets in 3 years so far while taking over a turd program
