Bryant built Bama football. It would not be what it is, a storied program Saban inherited, with Bryant and his legacy/legend. Hold off on comparisons until Saban has been there 20 yrs. Threads like this are dumb!

Bama just finally went out and found someone with coaching ability to get Bama back to where it used to be. Now, if ONLY Saban would retire

One can hope Bama goes and gets another dipshit

Actually Bryant just took the program to another level. It was already a top program when he was there as a player and assistant. It just needed rebuilding when he came back as head coach in 1958.
