BTW, I love brisket too, I was raised on pork BBQ (little Rock is pretty much Memphis light) and thats what I like to smoke. Arkansas is very diversified when it comes to BBQ. We are surrounded by cities and states that claim different styles of Q. Texas, Memphis, KC, St. Louis. Its all frickin good.

I will say the only time I went to Arkansas was for Wakarusa and I didn't try any of the BBQ, so next time I will for sure. Either going to be next year for football, or this year if Ags travel there for baseball ( dont remember if they do)
Also Cajun boiled peanuts do sound like the tits, gonna have to try some when I drive through Louisiana to Mississippi next week.
