The only time I saw where it looked like he was wobbly was when he got the end of the building and saw people walking by it seemed to me as if he pushed himself towards the wall to maybe shield the view of the gun.

Not sure if we're looking at the same one (there's two on the TPD FaceBook page). The one where he's walking across open ground it looks like he pushes himself off the truck to keep from bumping into it. Also his gait leading up to that seems a bit awkward, but that could be the quality of the video.
