TUSCALOOSA | At least 17 people were reported wounded when what appears to be a lone gunman opened fire in Temerson Square early Tuesday. Up to four victims may be in critical condition but no deaths had been reported as of 2 a.m., according to a source close to the investigation. The source said the events leading up to the bloodshed may have started in Northport and continued into the area of Fourth Street and 23rd Avenue. As of 2 a.m., the gunman remained on the loose.
