What does WP have to do with the level of a program? Probably the most illogical possible way to argue how good a program is. Using your logic, are you saying that Boise and TCU are superior to Bama? Is Tennessee a top 50 program? Our WP over the past 5 years is better...
Take the Sagarin ratings(like I did), Massey ratings, or some other unbiased metric that accounts for SOS to determine a program's level.

Well, frick! What do you want me to do? Elevate the strength level of the opponents that whipped that MSU arse over the years? Go by MSU's football facilities? The size of your 'jumbotron'?
