They are 2 totally different players with different skill sets. Dre is lockdown corner. TM7 is a playmaker who excells as a Db by having the ability to roam free. Nfl wants people that can play on an island and that is what dre excells at.

No one has ever fricking said this. Constantly, though people on the SEC rant call him overrated and act as though he is average. All that 99% of LSU fans say about him is he is one of the best defensive players in LSU history and could be the best one day. The stats and production don't lie. And he is currently the countries reigning most outstanding defensive player as well as a heisman finalist. Just a double standard that y'all seem to have a huge problem for a fan base deservedly hyping up a hell of a player just like everyone else does. No problem to hype a bama player. This thread doesn't get brought up if people don't constantly spout bullshite about him as a player. He is what he is, a heisman candidate and a great defensive player.

No one spouts bull shite about him as a player. Most of us think he CAN (doesn't always) struggle in man to man more than other elite CBs. It isn't his size, it is his attitude. And most of us said this BEFORE January 9th.

The spouting bullshite comment wasn't directed at just alabama fans but the sec rant as a whole. People do understand his flaw. It's just that anytime a list comes out for an award or an LSU fan starts a thread about him potentially being the best LSU defensive player of all time you'd think he's the most overrated player of all time with some of the comments. It's hard to overrate a heisman candidate.

Truth. Just let Mathieu prove it on the field. Like I've said, his man to man coverage will be much improved come the end of the season. It isn't bad now, it's just he has the "I'm better than this WR, and I won't even try my hardest because he's not on my level." attitude.
