I doubt smarter, no. Perhaps they make more money if they stay in a larger market.

You doubt smarter? Does your school value admission metrics? SAT/ACT scores that measure aptitude? Things like that? Where does Arkansas compare to Harvard? Is there anything that Arkansas does that isn't up to par with any other SEC school? Are you essentially Vanderbilt with different colors?
