The problem with LSU is it's identity. Les Miles is doing everything possible to change an SEC team into a Big 10 team. Let's take a look at LSU's offensive line - big, slow and net very athletic. Most are 6'5 or taller with no speed and poor footwork. Who am I describing? Sounds like Michigan, Ohio State or Wisconsin doesn't it.

Da frick? Our o-line wasn't the problem last year. If our fricking QB would've known when to get rid of the ball or if we had a screen game.............. frick, I digress.

Miles has his defensive playmakers on the dline and backfield and has done a poor job of recruiting great linebackers, who are the real playmakers. Don't get me wrong, LSU has had great dlinemen and backs, but your playmakers on any great team are your linebackers and dbacks.

What you'll see this year from LSU LBs will be night and day compared to last year. He more than addressed the LB problem in last years class. There's also a guy by the name of Kwon that the SEC will know about sooner rather than later. Not to mention Minter is already #5 on the NFL LB draft board going into his Jr year according to NFL.com.

Will it be very hard to beat LSU on a saturday night in tiger stadium? Bet your arse it will be! But, as I look at LSU this fall, I can't help but believe that Miles is transforming an SEC team into a Big 10 team. Good Luck with that one Tiger Fans!

What does this even mean? We haven't had a legitimate SEC QB in 4 years. Is it possible that had SOMETHING to do with the offensive troubles?

You have not had any offensive game changers in the last 4 to 5 yrs. Miles offensive recruiting has been sub par.

Miles is suposed to be an O-line guy, but there have been no elite offensive lineman either. Faulk maybe, but meh.

Ruben Randle has been the best skill player Miles has recruited and he was Barely a 2nd rd pick and had very little impact in his 3 yrs in Red Stick.

Mean While Bama has had 4 1st Rd offensive draft picks in the last 4 years. All of LSU talent elite talent has been on defense.

LSU has not had one game changer on offense since Saban and Jimbo were doing the recruiting.
