Moving/Anchoring Recruiting Threads from Team Pages?

I noticed as of a few hours ago the Arkansas recruiting thread is no longer in the Arkansas Team Page section?
Why was it anchored? It's on Page 3 now with the last post being minutes ago.
Can we vote to sticky the recruiting thread in our Team Page or at least get it back where it was?
