From what I've seen of A&M's traditions, I assume it's the area between you're left & right butt cheeks...

Parking lot behind Left Field. We used to be able to set up there and watch the game from our truck beds or whatever. Not sure that's an option anymore though.
Blue Bell Park now has a club area with a bar, members/guests only.
