9 game conference slate plus new B1G/PAC12 contract...no surprise.

Eh I was kind of hoping to see both games

I'm glad since Georgia shits the bed against OOC.

Oh yeah, for sure. I was wishing we would do same type contract with B12, but with new bolw contract I don't think that will ever happen now.

Have a feeling the LSU Oklahoma series will fall off the schedule too

Wouldn't surprise me, which would suck. Win or lose I love those big opening season games.

This is the inevitable down side of 9 game conference schedules - there's just going to be fewer great out of conference matchups. People forget major conferences like the SEC used to have as few as 5 or 6 games a year in conference but also play a lot more great programs around the country.
1988 - 1991: LSU expands SEC schedule to seven conference games a year
1992 - 2012: SEC teams further extend conference schedule to play eight conference games a year (plus a potential CCG to make nine).
I hope we don't go to nine conference games (plus a potential CCG)... that will further cripple most schools abilities to play good teams out of conference

Yeah I'd be 30 by the time it happened, but I was really looking forward to that series.

Yeah, Georgia has embarrassed the conference enough. Put someone up against them who might have a chance. Like Vandy or Miss. State.

I hope not. OU fans are some of the most arrogant frickers on the planet. Zero sense of humor.

They remind me of B1G fans.

42-8 with losses to:
Boston College
West Virginia
Georgia Tech
Oklahoma St
Colorado
Central Florida
Boise St
Mich St
Now I'm not discounting his 42 wins....but a great record vs Georgia Southern, Troy, and Alabama-Birmingham isn't much to jump about.

Anyway, we we've beaten half of those teams anyway and have represented the SEC well in bowl games.
Maybe Florida would lose an OOC game if they played one outside the state of Florida.
