Noone is saying it wasn't illegal, just that being arrested for it is ridiculous. Whether you are going 1 mile over the speed limit or 30 you are still speeding, that doesn't mean both get you in jail.

Well yea no shite. This whole thing was very stupid of him considering the current legal landscape and I think we all can agree with that.

Pluto, the question is not IF it is illegal, the question is SHOULD IT BE ILLEGAL? We all know that in Alabama it is illegal.
More and more people are realizing that we MUST prioritize and focus on the bigger issues.
Another problem I have is with marijuana enforcement; Minorities are much more likely to be prosecuted and jailed for simple marijuana offenses...
