saban built up the talent and built the fence around la in recruiting. Miles has done a great job of keeping talent up and mostly keeping the fence up even though it seemed like the fence had a monster hole last year.
as far as x and os go merlins clearly beats him but that can be said for every coach that goes against merlins.

Just don't ask him to score with 4 tries from the one or pass in a clear passing situation because he'll fool ya.
