He is a really good coach. That's why he's had a really good record. However, I do think a good portion of that success can be attributed to the high level of talent he has to work with year after year. And I believe there's a lot of coaches who could maintain that level of talent at LSU. Just my opinion...

yea....funny how that works, huh? apparently all these amazing athletes that have passed through LSU were all diehard LSU fans and had made up their minds to attend LSU when they were in the 6th grade.

The notion that any coach, not just Miles, has to prove they are good by not bringing in talent is misguided at best. I call it Phil Jackson's disease. If winning with great talent were easy, anyone could do it.
