There are levels of sexual battery and the punishment is adjusted. I doubt this guy goes to jail for 20 years like a child rapist would.

If he's required to register as a sexual offender, then he'll be viewed the same as a child molester, rapist, etc. for the rest of his life.
And FTR, I don't care what punishment he gets. He made his bed so he can lie in it.
