There was no consensus for awarding national titles in the pre-dual poll era. There was a consensus in the dual poll and BCS eras.

what's going on in here, bama fans getting mad?
I would find it funny though if someoen posted the 82 media guide and the 83 media guide. Other than that i'll just watch a few of the easily irritable bama fans get pissy.
