To be honest, I can see why the guy who was teabagged would file a civil suit. If you look at the video, the Krystal employees are just watching the act taking place and they don't try to intervene. The LSU fan had to be identified and humiliated. People do talk and I bet that his friends and aquaintances definitely let his identity out. I also feel for the guy who did the teabagging. His name has gone public nationwide, rumor has it that his wife is wondering if her husband is bisexual. The teabagger lost his job and his entire family has been humiliated. This is definitely a lose lose situation and I can see both sides of the situation. If I was the victim, I think that I would have had my attorney handle it in private with the baggers attorney. Why endure going through humiliation again? Money doesn't buy everything but it could also be stated that the victim, though drunk, is not a latent homo and enjoyed being teabagged. I'm trying to say, that a good attorney for the teabagger could bring up some valid points and it could backfire for the victim.
