I just don't think it will be hard to get a jury to believe the employees were neglegent in some way.

I don't personally believe Krystal should be held financially responsible but they will be. Because it's sexual in nature the payoff will be bigger than some case where a customer slips on a wet floor.

Can the NCAA sanction Bama for losing institutional control of it's fans? One guy poisons a couple of trees and another guy drags his nuts across the face of a young opposing fan.

Probably. I imagine the defense will paint the plaintiff as a public drunk and try to dig up dirt. Wonder if they'll find records of him posting here. How screwed up would it be if he was found to and was found to have posted taunts to teabag opposing fans at Tiger Stadium. Or even worse, was one of those that was calling a 13 yo girl a whore for being forced to give a bj to a Louisiana recruit a year or two ago.

Having said all that, I'm ignorant as to civil suits and litigation and if that would even be admissable in court. This will be settled by all parties. He'll have the continued embarrassment, the teabagger will also and the lawyers will walk away with the majority of the money.
