You have no clue. Lots of cases can be high dollar without phys injury.

or he can lose money if he's paying attorney fees.. but I'm guessing he was solicited by some ambulance chaser type :P

Key word, champ. Very, very, very few IIED style cases are profitable.

I think the LSU fan and his atty are as bad as the perp.

The only reason you file suit to include the place of business is collectibility. In this case the perp is probably not collectable so the atty and defendant decided to go after Krysal too and let the judge or jury sort it out.

I have never filed suit against anyone in my life and i think the LSU fan should only file suit against the perp. Including krystal makes me think the LSU fan is a p---y. It goes without saying his lawyer is a scum bag but that is normal.
