You may pull a couple from LA because of proximity but the rest will be tough considering the stranglehold other SEC schools have on that area. Besides if A&M has to resort to recruiting those states it means in-state isn't going as well as it should be considering you're a Texas school.

I'm having such a fun time reading all these posts from idiots who think A&M won't be able to recruit well. If A&M starts having solid 9-10 win seasons they will be able to recruit right along with Alabama, LSU, Florida, Auburn, Georgia, and Tennessee. Talent is not going to be an issue in College Station.
