Can't answer that question until after year 1.
If A&M plays to its potential for a change instead of going in the toilet when they face adversity, they will start to believe.
Momentum begets better recruiting, which begets more wins.
We can't have a first year like Franchione or Sherman did.

False - I am however getting excited about watching them get raped by all the SEC Teams this year!

I think so in 3 years. I've seen Sumlin in a couple of interviews and I think he gets it. He had a good recruiting class (top 20), can run an offense, understands importance of a strong D. I think they will be competitive for the west. The biggest obstacle of course is LSU/AU/UA/Hogs in same division....tremendously difficult.

I think they win the West within 5-8 years.
aTm will recruit well and be very talented. Talented teams always find a way to win eventually when the luck goes their way.

A & M will compete with LSU, BAMA & ARK for top 3 in the SECW with a chance at the title every 2-3 years.
