Gruden hasn't coached in nearly 3 and 1/2 years. He's never been a college head coach and hasn't even been a college coach since 1991. No one knows how great a recruiter he would be. Fair, fair points. We have to remember that htere are not any guarantees with any coach we hire. If we could get Gruden, I'd be fine with making him the highest paid coach, I just don't see him coming here. Not in a million years.
