Coaches who built programs. If we are talking active coaches: OBC, Mike Leach(what he was able to do at Tech was impressive, I don't give a frick what you say about that), and any other coach that has taken a program off life support and achieved success.

Bear Bryant's first ten years at Alabama and Joe Paterno's first decade at PSU about the same as Saban's 1st decade in the SEC
