Harris (6'6" 230) was the Cougars' second-leading scorer and rebounder, averaging 13.3 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game while starting 29 of Houston's 30 games. Harris indicated a desire to be closer to his hometown of Little Rock, Ark.
"This is a decision based on my family and my need to be closer to home," Harris said in a statement.

Anderson can't get it done on the recruiting trail so he's having to beg transfers to come to Arkansas. Interesting strategy

Pretty sure his mother died, right?
Hopefully the NCAA doesn't make him sit out a year because he is coming home for that reason.

Is he instantly eligible or does he have to sit out a year.

I'm sure he will send his stuff to the NCAA about his mother passing away and he should be granted immediate eligibility.
