What could Saban get away with in the State of Alabama?

Drinking and driving and gets in a wreck hitting a family in a minivan and sends them all to the hospital. Everyone lives but the man he hits is in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.

Saban says he's sorry. Goes to AA and is still coaching in the fall.

Think he could get away with more than that?

He would go to prison if he did that in Alabama. We fired a coach for going to a strip club. Saban has more discipline that to get caught doing what BP did. Patrino is an idiot.
