I'm pretty sure the NCAA isn't concerned with who the coaches are fricking.
I'm not saying that he will or will not get fired. But if there is any way whatsoever to deal with this internally, even if it means providing a very nice severance package to the girl involved and proving that she will qualified for the position of her own merit, then I fully expect them to pursue that route with everything they have.
