no there is no difference. You didnt ask me "what was the point of my comment" which onemight do if one were confused. You ASSUMED i was being defensive.

I think wording makes a lot of difference. Why was it important for you to point out only one person made that argument, after you had been discussing illegalities? Did you assume I didn't know differently? It just seemed like an odd response.

When I asked why you responded to me, I was curious if you had assumed that my opinion on the illegality of drugs or lack thereof had any bearing on my opinion about the suspensions.

Since your reading comprehension was already in my mind, spotty, I wondered if you were responding generally or to me specifically.

If you dont understand nuance, that's not my problem. This, for the record, is not an assumption.
