Program A is clearly Alabama

No.

Program Bama
814 wins (only 8 teams belong to the 800 win club)
14 National Titles (5 historic and most ever 9 poll)
26 Conference Titles (22 SEC - most)
59 Bowl Appearances (most ever)
104 All-Americans of which 47 Consensus & 18 Unanimous
Stadium holds 101,821
Bama has put a lot of players in the NFL, including 3 Superbowl winning QB's, and a several Pro Hall of Famers.

Most recently, in the last 3 years, Alabama has put 16 players in the NFL - 7 going in the 1st round. And that's not counting this year where 4-5 will probably be going in the 1st round draft.

or
Program A (Tennessee)
792 Wins
6 National Titles
16 Conference Titles
50 Bowl appearances
38 Consensus All-Americans
Stadium holds 102,000
Has produced NFL's greatest D-Lineman ever and one of top 5 QB's ever.
