I agree with Barkley at the end of the article saying to give him a month or two worth of jail time and have him donate money to Auburn. 13 years would be ridiculous.

Agreed...there are people who have killed other people who didn't spend 13 years in jail.

How exactly did he get caught? I know he called the radio show, but how did they identify him?

Personally, I wish the bastard would be thrown in the same cell as the teabagger and Sandusky. And by the way, I hope he gets thirteen years.
