sounds like the old dude was in instigator to me. i put equal blame on passed out dude and gay guy rubbing his nuts on him.
if either old dude or passed out guy weren't light weights then these things wouldn't have happened to them. It doesn't make the guy that dropped old guy and gay harvey innocent.
