This is a nonissue and you guys are blowing it way out of proportion.
Who says I'm running out there to help this victim? I don't live in LA, know any of the people in the video, nor do I know the DA in N.O. I can't do anything to really help. That doesn't mean I don't think this act isn't any but disgusting, immoral, and wrong.
The point in this thread has become who believes this act is wrong or who thinks it's "fine." By statute and by normal, decent moral standards, placing a male scrotum on another person without consent is a sexual offense. No person "deserves" it. Period.
What has incited such crusading and strong emotions in this thread is the indifference toward said acts. If you are indifferent because you have your own problems, fine. But those who are indifferent because they do not acknowledge a sexual offense as a big deal need an education on the subject.

Should the guy get charged with a crime? Sure, but it won't bother me in the least if he doesn't. Should he be charged with sexual assault? No. That is way overblowing the situation. Like I said, no one was hurt in this video and I didn't know anyone involved.
