I can see this both ways. In the end though, Harbaugh hasn't won anything. I think 3-0 is undesputable.

I do think Harbaugh walked into a little better of a situation with the 49ers than Saban did with the Dolphins, but Harbaugh has still taken a previously 6-10 team and went 13-3 with essentially the same team.
With the level of competition in the NFL I don't see how you can equate the college system to the NFL playoffs. Unless there's some sort of BCSNC to Super Bowls conversion chart I'm not aware of.
