You guys don't seem to understand how it works: The line moves when more money is bet on one side. They change the line to encourage bettors on the other side. In this case betting on Alabama is so heavy they're increasing the line to discourage bets on Alabama and encourage bets on LSU - but the line keeps going up because more of the betting public believes Alabama will win.

LSU is undefeated and playing in NOLA.....oh yeah against a team they already beat....ON THE ROAD. I'm confident in the Tide but damn that line is puzzling.

Wrong. Only 37% of the money is going on Bama. Public is playing LSU. Big money is playing Bama.
