In addition to the others already mentioned, as an LSU fan two Peach Bowls against Georgia Tech in their hometown leap to mind:
LSU 38- GeorgiaTech 3, behind JJ. I believe it was 35-3 at the half.
2nd half of 2000: We outscored a heavily favored Georgia Tech 25-0 in the second half to win 28-14.

This. GT couldn't gain a yard, and LSU just moved at will. GT looked like a 1A high school varsity team.
