I don't know when you went, but the bars close at 2:30 now. As recently as 7 or so years ago they closed at midnight. The bar scene is pretty decent. I guess it depends where you come from. We had guys from Auburn that were in awe of the "sky scrapers" (yes, serious).

went I guess in 2009. it was fun. people were talking about how they wanted to steal Trent Johnson from LSU
