plenty of great teams to choose from, but I'm going with the ones that most of us would remember. '95 Nebraska & '01 Miami. Could the 2011 version of Alabama beat either of these teams? What about LSU?

I like both of their chances against the Cornhuskers but that Miami team was special.

(Probably an offseason thread but who cares)

Better than most the threads I've seen today.

FWIW: I'll take LSU/Bama over both.

2011 Bama is not a "complete" team.

Bama is a team with such a strong Defense that it appears to mask it's deficiencies on special teams and offense. However, the deficiencies are Real!

It doesn't matter how much lipstick you put on a pig, it's still a pig.

04 USC won the national title.

(well now they didn't) but before the NCAA found out anything they did.

Both beat Miami. Would be a great game with Neb 95. They were a power running team and very potent. Would love to see how they matched up with the defenses today.

Cam would get his but in the end both LSU and BAMA would win by about 10.

Bama already lost. If Bama wins, LSU is out too.
