so, bama does not have a complete kicker nor a pair of kickers that really compliment one another. is this recruiting or coaching?
either way the ST advantage belongs to LSU (probably in both recruiting and coaching)

We had a complete kicker from 2006-2009. The bad evaluation of Corey Smith in the 2008 class, and his subsequent transfer to WVU, led Alabama to sign Cade Foster in the 2010 class. If Adam Griffith doesn't work out, maybe we just have to expect an inconsistent kicking game under Nick Saban.

This does not make any sense. LSU has better special teams and that played a factor in an otherwise evenly matched game. The game did not come down to just missing some long field goals however.

That's my point. LSU fans that continue to mock Alabama's kicking woes in that game are taking away from what the entire LSU team accomplished.
