Alabama 58 Kansas State 71 Final NIT HERE WE COME!!!111

This is the frst of 2 consecutive neutral site games against BIG XII opponents. The game is at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, basically a K State home game 
. We need this one for confidence, our team's growth, and of course our ranking. This one is going to be a war as Kansas St's Frank Martin has a similar approach to Coach Grant.
Hoping we can knock down some shots. Mike needs to stay out of foul trouble, and Jacobs needs to be able to bang with these bigs. They have some big boys that love to rebound and shot block. They are among the nations leaders in offensive rebounds. McGruder shoots it and expects it to be a miss

Lets get T Relly a good win in his hometown in front of family and friends.

Sorry I have watched like 4 basketball games today. We got ULaLa and the Aztecs in the NOLA Bowl

Do we ever play before 8 PM? It doesn't really bother me but it seems like every game is 8, 8:30, 9.
Looking forward to it but this worries me a bit:
I don't have the stats in front of me but it seems like we've given up an incredible amount of offensive rebounds this year.

We have. Alot of long rebounds too where I think the guards lose their man. Also, Mitchell and Mike just jump for the ball instead of blocking out at times.
We need Jacobs to grab some boards. Over the last 4 games he is only averaging 1.7 rebounds.

He's not a great athlete, at all. Doesn't get off the floor well so he needs to learn to use his strength and body to box out better.
On the offensive end, he knows how to do that very well. Really crafty how he's always able to get his shot off considering he's not very tall and doesn't jump well.

Yeah he isnt the greatest athlete. He has good strength and touch on the offensive end. Loves that left hand

this is a fricking wrestling match. K-State may as well have pads on and we aren't exactly shying away. With tight officials, both starting fives might foul out.
