No shite the governor is a state employee but the part about state employees not being able to have contracts longer than the governor is what he is saying sounds made up.

What I thought sounded made up was the fact that he said 4 years was the longest contract anyone in the state of Mississippi could have. That just doesn't seem plausible. Limit that to just State employees and it becomes plausible. A little strange, but much more believable.
