Gundy and T. Boone are PISSED. Let the game be played Jan 9th. The following week T. Boone can fund his own, personal Championship Game, host it at his own Stadium, and then they both can witness a a good SEC team beat the PISS out of OSU.

Does this mean we have to beat them twice too?
EDIT: I see this as possibly heading towards a best 2 out of 3 playoff.

Why would LSU invest an extra week of gameplanning, miss classes, travel to another state, and potentially risk career ending injury to play in an exhibition game that wouldn't even count?
Would there be tickets printed up? Who would do this? How many would each school be allotted? How would fans buy tickets since this isn't organized through the school Athletic departments? How would LSU justify in the budget traveling to get there? This whole thing is stupid.

Neither bama or OSU had to play in a conference championship game. Let them play a game between now and jan 9th to determine who should play lsu
