Well it depends.
20% of the tickets go to grad students, who are like 15% of the student body. If hours are calculated just by number of hours you have in grad programs, I have a good shot. If they're cumulative, that puts me behind every grad student who wants a ticket who is either a third year or went to undergrad here. I'm pretty sure hours wouldn't stack, though - and even if they do, if there's not enough local grad students/older ones I will get a ticket ahead of any undergrad until the grad pool is exhausted.
