Name the last two loss champion before 2007.
The comparison and relevance come into play because LSU had to have a lot of puzzle pieces and something out of the ordinary to play for the national championship.

Someone please post the rule that says a team has to win a conference championship before they can win the BCS national championship.

Pretty much.
I know the situations aren't exact. They are similar in that they involve odd situations that involve that team making it to the national championship game.
I don't understand why CERTAIN tiger fans would be so made about that.
