So every other punt team gunner seems to understand how to not hit the returner well before the ball gets to him, but yours, alone, can't? Stop making excuses for a cheap hit.

NOBODY is coached to hit the returner UNTIL the ball reaches the returner. Or, you give up a big penalty, and if you do it really bad, you get ejected.

Watch the video and tell me the vandy player doesn't make a move that simulates that he already has the ball before being lit up.

How can you not understand he was trying to create a turnover and you walk the line of a penalty when doing it.
